Fulfillment & Processing

To protect brand equity and ensure the highest creative output, SLMM Society does not participate in mass-market fast fashion. Every piece is curated and finished made to order with intentionality at our studio in Hilliard, OH.

  • Made-to-Order: Because these pieces are prepared specifically for you, please allow 7–10 business days for production and quality review before dispatch.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We utilize premium carriers to ensure your collectible fashion pieces arrive securely.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for time-sensitive deliveries.

  • P.O. Boxes: We do ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

International Shipping

SLMM Society does not currently offer international shipping.

Packaging & Delivery

Every SLMM Society tee is delivered in premium, high-contrast packaging designed to protect the integrity of the garment.

  • Delivery Issues: If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.

  • Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. SLMM Society is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damages & Production Errors

We stand by the quality of our products. Every product receives a quality check before being shipped out. If your garment arrives with a clear production defect, please contact info@slmmsociety.com. within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can rectify the issue.
